Airbrush Eye Design: Color Blending and Accessories (prerequisite: Traditional Airbrush Basics)

Cancellation Policy

1. A participant may cancel his/her enrollment, and demand his/her money back in writing (email is acceptable) by midnight on the fifth day after registration. The cancellation date will be determined by the earlier of the postmark on written notification, time stamp of email, or the date said information is delivered to the school administrator in person. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.

2. If the participant cancels his/her enrollment after the fifth day of registration he/she shall be subject to the below refund policy.

3. For participants who register for an advanced graduate workshop, the following schedule of payment adjustment shall apply upon cancellation:

After five days, but prior to the workshop: Deposit Fee

61 or more days prior to workshop: Deposit Fee, 20% of workshop cost; less voucher if applicable

Within 31-60 days prior to workshop: Deposit Fee, 50% of workshop cost; less voucher if applicable

Within 30 or fewer days prior to workshop: Deposit Fee, 100% of workshop cost; less voucher if applicable

4. In case of a major illness or other life-altering circumstances the school may, at its option, make a settlement, which is reasonable and fair to both. The school cannot be accountable for such circumstances and cannot guarantee reimbursement outside of what is delineated in the above authorized tuition adjustment table.

5. If the workshop is cancelled subsequent to a participant’s registration, the school shall provide a full refund of monies paid.

Pivot Point International Academy, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops.

All workshops will be held at our Evanston Academy unless otherwise noted.  Class size is limited.
