  MELANIE KOPEIKIN
President Melanie Kopeikin is a lifelong beauty industry professional with a passion for education, business and young entrepreneurs. She is a dynamic leader with experience spanning major industry manufacturers, such as Nexxus and P&G Professional, where she worked on the Sebastian and Wella brands. In her career, she has developed distribution channels and directed corporate operations including finance, sales, marketing and education. Having owned a consulting, development and distribution business specializing in the beauty industry, she understands the need to produce high-quality education that results in future success for school owners, partners and beauty professionals.
     
  ROBERT SIEH
Senior Vice President of Finance and Internal Operations, Robert Sieh has been with Pivot Point for 24 years. Sieh oversees the operations and finances of the company, developing and applying new systems, procedures and documentation company-wide, while strategizing for success over the short and long term.
     
  JUDY RAMBERT
Judy Rambert is Vice President of Education and Research for Pivot Point International. A 34-year veteran of the company, Judy is responsible for quality control for Pivot Point's educational programs. Appointed as Technical Chair for SkillsUSA and the U.S. Cosmetology Expert for WorldSkills, Judy has served the cosmetology industry as a licensed hair designer, educator, judge and columnist. In 2009, Judy received a distinguished L.E.O. Award. The L.E.O. Award stands for Leadership in the salon industry, Excellence in designer education and Outstanding Pivot Point alumni, while also honoring the Founder and Chairman Emeritus Leo Passage. In 2011, she studied at Northwestern University and graduated from Kellogg's Advanced Executive Program.
     
  GUY HARRINGTON
As Vice President of Domestic Sales & Field Education, Guy Harrington brings more than 24 years of leadership in sales, implementation management and education to Pivot Point. Guy is responsible for Pivot Point’s account teams and educators that serve U.S. clients as the company continues to develop educational solutions that meet and exceed customers’ needs.
     
  JUDIE MAGINN
Pivot Point Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development Judie Maginn brings wide experience as a respected marketer for several major salon industry companies, including Matrix, Joico and Redken. She leads a global marketing team focused on ensuring the company's continued growth and increased presence in domestic and international markets.
     
  JAN LAAN
Vice President of International Business Development, Jan Laan’s focus is to support all Pivot Point distributors globally. He is also a program trainer for salon owners and trainers in business development, salon retailing, and methodology and presentation skills. He is a fifth-generation hair designer whose roots are in the Netherlands. In 1988, he became a session hairstylist in Italy and in 1989, became a full-time trainer/platform artist for Pivot Point. In 1996, he became the Director of the International Division at Pivot Point Chicago and in 2000, became the CEO. In 2005 he returned to Europe with his family, before taking on his current role last year.
     
  KRISTY PERRY 
Senior Human Resource Director Kristy Perry oversees and manages key responsibilities for the well-being of Pivot Point employees. Some of these include recruiting, hiring, communication, coaching, employee relations, leadership, compensation and benefits administration, development of a superior workforce and more. Kristy and her department remain focused on creating a work environment in which people will choose to be motivated, contributing and fulfilled. She brings to Pivot Point a decade of valuable experience across all levels of HR functions within Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial environments. She has had strong success in the areas of innovation, culture change and business development, significantly impacting business and financial goals. Because Pivot Point is family-owned, the original values of Leo Passage and the Passage family continue to be recognized and embraced.
     
  CHRISTINE GOBLE
Senior Director of Pivot Point Academies Christine Goble brings to her position a passion for hair, fashion and beauty matched with her first-hand knowledge of the Academies’ operations. Christine entered the beauty profession working in a salon at the age of 14, and following high school, attended Pivot Point and graduated in 1990. Within a couple of years she began her pursuit of a higher education degree and in 1998 earned a BA in Sociology from Northeastern Illinois University. In 2004, she took a continuing education class with Pivot Point and then became an Academy staff member. She says that while she was an adult learner in college, she realized her passion and belief in the power of education and how it can transform a person’s life. In her tenure at Pivot Point, she has served in numerous managerial and director positions in the Academy Division. Today, her Senior Director role provides leadership and direction for continued growth and excellence within the Academies, which is where it all began.
