KAREN WILKIN-DONACHIE - CEO CEO, Karen Wilkin-Donachie is passionate about education and committed to excellence in cosmetology. A native of Australia, she received a BSC from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Before joining Pivot Point, she was the Vice President of Sales and Education for Aveda of North America for five years, and before that she was the Managing Director for Aveda Distribution in Australia. She has been an active member in the beauty, fashion and wellness industries for nearly 27 years. |

ROBERT SIEH Senior Vice President of Finance and Internal Operations, Robert Sieh has been with Pivot Point for 24 years. Sieh oversees the operations and finances of the company, developing and applying new systems, procedures and documentation company-wide, while strategizing for success over the short and long term. |

CORRINE PASSAGE Senior Vice President of Production and Systems Development, Corrine Passage oversees the production and publishing of all Pivot Point educational programs. Corrine holds her cosmetologist's and teacher's licenses and has more than 20 years in the industry. She also serves as Executive Director for the Pivot Point Cares for Kids™ organization, where she is the driving force behind Pivot Point's involvement with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children™. |

JUDY RAMBERT Judy Rambert is Vice President of Education and Research for Pivot Point International. A 34-year veteran of the company, Judy is responsible for quality control for Pivot Point's educational programs. Appointed as Technical Chair for SkillsUSA and the U.S. Cosmetology Expert for WorldSkills, Judy has served the cosmetology industry as a licensed hair designer, educator, judge and columnist. In 2009, Judy received a distinguished L.E.O. Award. The L.E.O. Award stands for Leadership in the salon industry, Excellence in designer education and Outstanding Pivot Point alumni, while also honoring the Founder and Chairman Emeritus Leo Passage. In 2011, she studied at Northwestern University and graduated from Kellogg's Advanced Executive Program. |

JAN LAAN Vice President of International Business Development, Jan Laan’s focus is to support all Pivot Point distributors globally. He is also a program trainer for salon owners and trainers in business development, salon retailing, and methodology and presentation skills. He is a fifth-generation hair designer whose roots are in the Netherlands. In 1988, he became a session hairstylist in Italy and in 1989, became a full-time trainer/platform artist for Pivot Point. In 1996, he became the Director of the International Division at Pivot Point Chicago and in 2000, became the CEO. In 2005 he returned to Europe with his family, before taking on his current role last year. |

SUSAN KIER Senior Director, Sales and Education, Domestic Market, Susan Kier is responsible for the acquisition and growth of schools, salons, distributors and manufacturers. Her commitment to the industry remains strong 16 years later. Her introduction to Pivot Point was through using its mannequins, which brought her to the high-quality education for which the company is known. She is in contact with people every day who believe that a Pivot Point education is the gold standard. She states that her goal is to continue to support our clients, our team and our mission-–to drive our joint success forward. |

KRISTY PERRY Senior Human Resource Director Kristy Perry oversees and manages key responsibilities for the well-being of Pivot Point employees. Some of these include recruiting, hiring, communication, coaching, employee relations, leadership, compensation and benefits administration, development of a superior workforce and more. Kristy and her department remain focused on creating a work environment in which people will choose to be motivated, contributing and fulfilled. She brings to Pivot Point a decade of valuable experience across all levels of HR functions within Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial environments. She has had strong success in the areas of innovation, culture change and business development, significantly impacting business and financial goals. Because Pivot Point is family-owned, the original values of Leo Passage and the Passage family continue to be recognized and embraced. |
