Admissions Associate - Evanston

We are seeking a motivated, energetic Admissions Associate to work in our Evanston, IL location who will be committed to recruiting and enrolling prospective students for our renowned Academy. The ability to make an outstanding first impression is a must, since you will be the prospective students’ first encounter with Pivot Point! We are looking for an upbeat, dependable candidate with a great work ethic and a welcoming demeanor.

Candidate Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required. Minimum 1-2 years related experience in admissions or outside sales. Required intermediate computer skills encompass MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet/Intranet. Experience with a Student Management System preferred. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a great team-player, and has a very strong customer service background. The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential. Punctuality and consistently great attendance are a must. The candidate must occasionally lift and/or move 30 pounds. While performing duties the employee is regularly sitting, talking, hearing, and engaging in repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement. The candidate must have the ability to read and interpret documents.

Brand Manager

We are seeking a motivated, goal oriented individual to join our team as a Brand Manager. You will take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of your brands. Northwest Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated, goal oriented individual to join our team who will increase sales, establish and grow business relationships by educating customers on Pivot Point products and services while providing support and customer service to both new and existing clients. Pivot Point’s product offering includes educational programs, online learning systems, mannequins and Snap Cap, and professional tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly competitive, fast paced environment.

Candidate Qualifications: Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred. 5+ years sales experience required, outside sales experience required, and experience in the beauty industry is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is a proven self starter. The ideal candidate is a team player, highly organized, and has excellent written and oral communication skills, and has a proven record of achieving sales goals. Substitute Cosmetology Educator

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated Substitute Cosmetology Educator to work in our Evanston, Bloomingdale, and/or Chicago, IL locations on a substitute basis that will encourage students to meet and exceed educational and professional standards and provide an exceptional educational environment. Our educators have the opportunity to have a significant impact our students’ development and educational process. We’re looking for a dynamic instructor with superior technical skills and a passion for cosmetology education who is flexible to work at various locations and shifts.

Candidate Qualifications: Illinois Cosmetology License and Illinois Cosmetology Teaching license required. Preferred candidate will have Pivot Point training and two years of salon experience. Information Technology Director

We are seeking an Information Technology Director to work at our Evanston, IL location. The Information Technology Director reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations and is primarily responsible for managing all technology resources across the organization to align with the Pivot Point’s strategic objectives and determining what projects and resources the company should be investing in to contribute to overall revenue generation.

Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer systems required, MS in Information Sciences or MBA preferred. 10+ years experience required, and past management experience preferred. First-rate oral and written communication skills required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed-orientated, and works well on a team.
