Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to work at our Evanston, IL location. The Senior Staff Accountant reports to the Senior Director of Finance that is primarily responsible for the financial statements, analysis and annual audits for our company.  Ideally this person will have a solid understanding of the Company’s business and objectives, an attitude of professionalism and collegiality, an ability to serve as an effective role model, excellent accounting and financial knowledge and a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4+ years experience in financial accounting.  The Certified Public Accounting designation is required for this role. Required advanced computer skills include MS Office Suite, especially Excel.   Our general ledger software is through Netsuite therefore experience with this software system is preferred but not required. First-rate oral and written communication skills required.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detailed-orientated, and works well on a team.

 

Administration & Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a motivated, dependable Administration & Customer Service Manager to support the Evanston, IL based international customer service team. As a key member of the international team, you will guarantee a smooth running international office with regards to all sales issues, customer service issues, and communications and meetings for the international network of Pivot Point partners. You will create and implement strategies to help meet customer needs. You will also provide direct support when needed to the international partners. You will have a significant impact on our international customers, and will be cultivating and maintaining these valued relationships!

Candidate Qualifications:  Experience in inside sales in the beauty industry or a cosmetology license is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has a proven record of achieving sales goals and excellent communication skills. Required computer skills include MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Proficient in order entry systems. The perfect candidate is extremely organized, excellent phone and voice skills and has the ability to trouble shoot client’s needs . Strong emphasis on being customer focused and finding solutions to all client issues. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is self motivated to meet and exceed individual and team goals. A compassionate individual with the ability to work as part of a strong team and establish positive working relationships is a must.  Only occasional local travel may be required. While performing duties the employee is regularly sitting, talking, hearing, and engaging in repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement.  The candidate must have the ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business documents accurately.   

Regional Director of Field Sales


We are seeking a Regional Director of Field Sales to lead our Domestic Sales effort in driving and building sales and market share. You will accomplish these goals by using highly trained account management team resources, while staying within the budgeted guidelines for expense management. You will be responsible for the execution of annual sales plans, leading Account Manager development, cultivating Key Client Relationships, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures.
