Award-winning Founder and Chairman of Pivot Point International, Leo Passage's name has become synonymous with innovative hair design. Starting his school with five students and one classroom in 1962, he has created the international dynasty that became Pivot Point, using his "scientific approach", a theory that blends and applies artistic and scientific principles to hair. Today Pivot Point is celebrating its 40th anniversary and graduating more than 50,000 students in 50 countries.

Pivot Point International is pleased to announce the appointment of its new CEO, Karen Wilkin-Donachie. Over the course of her very successful career, Wilkin-Donachie has held international and domestic positions both inside and outside the cosmetology industry. Her last nine years were spent at Aveda, during which time Wilkin-Donachie has held various positions, including her most recent position of VP of Sales and Education, North America.

Vice President of Finance and Internal Operations Robert Sieh has been with Pivot Point for 14 years. Sieh oversees the operations and finances of the company, developing and applying new systems, procedures and documentation company-wide, while strategizing for success over the short and long term.

Vice President of Production and Publishing Corrine Passage oversees the production and publishing of all Pivot Point educational programs. Corrine holds her cosmetologist's and teacher's licenses and has more than 20 years in the industry. She also serves as Executive Director for the Pivot Point Cares for Kids™ organization, where she is the driving force behind Pivot Point's involvement with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children™.

Judy Rambert is Vice President of Quality Assurance for Pivot Point International. A 25-year veteran of the company, Judy is responsible for quality control for Pivot Point's educational programs. Appointed as Technical Chair for SkillsUSA and the U.S. Cosmetology Expert for WorldSkills, Judy has served the cosmetology industry as a licensed hair designer, educator, judge and columnist.

Sara Pirok is the Vice President of the International Academies with three branches, 80 staff members and 700 students. She oversees the Departments of Academy Operations, Admissions and Marketing, Clinic Operations, Student Services, Career and Salon Services, Teacher Training and Cosmetology and Esthetics Education. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and has worked in school business and operations for eight years.
