Administration & Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a motivated, dependable Administration & Customer Service Manager to support the Evanston, IL based international customer service team. As a key member of the international team, you will guarantee a smooth running international office with regards to all sales issues, customer service issues, and communications and meetings for the international network of Pivot Point partners. You will create and implement strategies to help meet customer needs. You will also provide direct support when needed to the international partners. You will have a significant impact on our international customers, and will be cultivating and maintaining these valued relationships!Candidate Qualifications: BS/BA in Business, International Relations, Finance or related and a minimum 3 years customer support experience and international cultural sensitivity. Spanish language proficiency is required; additional language skills are an advantage! Required computer skills include MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, flexibility, and integrity. The ability to work as part of a strong team and establish positive working relationships is a must. A strong customer service background is absolutely essential. The candidate must occasionally lift and/or move 10 pounds. While performing duties the employee is regularly sitting, talking, hearing, and engaging in repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement. The candidate must have the ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business documents accurately.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Managing, mentoring, hiring, training and leading the international in-office customer service team
- Supervising effective and timely processing of Customer Service & Sales requests
- Building and maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal communication regarding international product, programs and marketing needs
- Implementing, maintaining and updating International Operations and Administration systems
- Supporting International Staff and trainers
- Preparing confidential correspondence, sales reports, invoices, and other complex documents accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively managing meetings; determining locations, budgeting, negotiating contracts
- Ensuring effective communication of new products, pricing and programs to all International partners

Hours of work may vary based upon Company needs; the typical work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Some overtime is required. Our Evanston location is located in the Rotary Building in downtown Evanston, IL and is easily accessible by public transportation: CTA Purple Line to Davis, Metra UP-N Line to Davis. Paid parking available is onsite and in nearby parking garages.
