Customer Support Representative

Candidate Qualifications:  Experience in inside sales in the beauty industry or a cosmetology license is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has a proven record of achieving sales goals and excellent communication skills. Required computer skills include MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Proficient in order entry systems. The perfect candidate is extremely organized, excellent phone and voice skills and has the ability to trouble shoot client’s needs . Strong emphasis on being customer focused and finding solutions to all client issues. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is self motivated to meet and exceed individual and team goals. A compassionate individual with the ability to work as part of a strong team and establish positive working relationships is a must.  Only occasional local travel may be required. While performing duties the employee is regularly sitting, talking, hearing, and engaging in repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement.  The candidate must have the ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret general business documents accurately. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Educating clients about Pivot Point products and services.
• Initiating contact with potential clients, handling existing customer contact by phone and email and inputting orders for products and services regularly
• Supporting client returns, replacement of product, case issues, etc.
• Explaining all Pivot Products and services in great detail
• Supporting new product launches and promotions
• Participating in on-going communication with key clients
• Partnering with all Domestic Sales and Education divisions including Schools, Education, New Business and Marketing
• Projecting a positive, professional image at all times

Hours of work  are 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. This position requires only occasional local travel. This position is located at  our international corporate headquarters located in the Rotary Building in downtown Evanston, IL.
